Get rid of water and drying with our special technique by absorb method(heavily absorb + high volume of air).
Very high efficiency in getting rid of water. So the stain after drying has been greatly decrease.
Compare with other company’s high temperature air flow method, this can be decrease the running time very much.
With the absorb of vapour from solvent. Before the absorb layer we have set the extract vapour so we can eliminate the vapour from up to 99%. The vapour cannot get to absorb layer so it can be very safety.
Air flow in the system or the exhaust concentrate is below 0.1% so guarantee safety. (Reference from the minimum hydrocarbon solution that will cause an explosion is 0.6%)
Absorb layer has been added more safety in explode protection. Power setup box has self cooling air fan.
Most air in the system is flow. Only little volume is an exhaustion.
