To achieve high cleanliness and high throughput, we have designed and fabricated vacuum deacrating units. Vacuum deacrating units have dramatic results by efficiency of ultrasonic cleaning.	Using vapor condensing collection twice (through the vacuum pump, sealing with Hydrocarbon-base solvent and condensing collection bath by cooling solvent), it can reduce solvent consumption to a minimum.
