During cleaning process, inside of cleaning chamber is reduced under 100 torr and it can be kept at uniform pressure. Under this vacuum conditon, air in bling hotes, gaps, vacancy of parts shall be evacuated. And solvent can fill in such blind holes, gaps and vacancy. In addition, deareated phenomenon of solvent is observed in cleaning chamer, and tempeatur of solvent can be reached and kept more over ther flash point. As aresult, solubility and cleaning power has been make remarkable progress.
By heating up solvent in vacuum cleaning chamber, material can be tured up effectively and uniformly, and be given enough thermal capaciy for vacuum drying. Under vacuu atmosphere, boiling point of solvent will fall sharply and evaporation will accelerate. In vacuum drying chamber to high level, stuck solvent with material will be evaporated. scattered and material can get perfect drying.
